Coverage

Where we get land cleared.

Six communities across four counties, and the rural ground between them. The Big Bend works as one market — a crew mulching flatwoods below Tallahassee on Monday is often up in the red hills past Havana by Thursday.

Wakulla County

Wakulla County service areas

The pine flatwoods between Tallahassee and the coast, centered on Crawfordville — flat, sandy, wet in season, and filling in with new homesites.

Jefferson County

Jefferson County service areas

The plantation, timber and farm country east toward the Aucilla, centered on Monticello — big rural tracts where mulching does its best work.

Between the towns

Most of this ground is not in a town at all.

Land clearing happens on acreage, and acreage is rural. The town on the form is a routing hint, not a requirement.

  • Your property does not have to sit inside a town boundary — most of the ground we get requests for does not.
  • Rural parcels, unincorporated communities and county roads are normal here; pick the closest town on the form.
  • If you are just outside these counties, still send the request. Coverage depends on the contractor and the size of the job, not on a hard boundary.
  • Larger acreage justifies more travel, so a bigger job reaches further than a small lot does.

What we can get quoted

Every service, in every area above.

Not sure which one your property needs? Describe what is standing on the ground and what you want to do with it afterward — the contractor will scope it correctly.
